Randye Ferrick is the President, Owner, and Designated Broker of Tierra Right of Way Services. She has more than 25 years of experience in the right of way and real property field. Since founding Tierra Right of Way Services as a right of way acquisition company in 1989, Randye has developed Tierra into one of the most respected land services firms in the western United States. Today, Tierra offers cultural resource, natural resource, planning, and right of way services to public and private sector clients. Under her leadership, Tierra has successfully completed projects in 30 states and has developed a reputation for quality and professionalism nationwide. Randye is the designated broker for Tierra in Arizona and Washington State.
