USDA Forest Service IDIQ Contract, Statewide New Mexico

Since 2014, Tierra has held an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service to provide intensive and sample pedestrian archaeological surveys and cultural resources investigations on an on-call basis within Forest Service Region 3 in New Mexico. 

This diverse region contains a wealth of prehistoric and historic sites, and Tierra provides the personnel, equipment, facilities, and services to complete field inventories, field surveys, archival investigations, historic building inventories, and National Historic Preservation Act Section 106 documentation for Forest Service undertakings. Tierra also provides consultation with the State Historic Preservation Office. Thus far, Tierra has completed Class III intensive surveys on the Cibola, Gila, Lincoln, and Santa Fe National Forests under this contract.
