Tierra’s archaeologists have experience identifying, evaluating, and mitigating archaeological, historical, and architectural resources within the context of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and other preservation laws and regulations. All of our field directors are Organizational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)–certified Competent Persons. Our archaeological staff regularly attend professional events and training seminars to stay up-to-date on current archaeological news, laws, regulations, and research topics.

We take pride in our proven track record of successfully completing projects under the jurisdiction of multiple Federal, State, and local agencies. As a result of the quality of our work and the responsiveness of our staff, we have fostered excellent professional relationships with regulatory agencies and our clients.
